Alan Rice is an experienced paramedic who originally worked for the London Ambulance Service and associate professor at St George’s, University of London. 

He maintains a portfolio of work across the pillars of advanced practice including work as an advanced clinical practitioner, senior academic and provides consultancy services for AACE to support investigations and provide input into clinical and educational improvements for healthcare trusts.

He currently works with AACE to support Gibraltar in enhancing clinical and educational governance.
